A vibrant, one-day celebration of culture, wellness, and community — where premium matcha brands, wellness experiences, creators, and top vendors collide.
Billfold POS access, event Wi-Fi, a live sales dashboard, and reconciliation within 48 hours. Retain 80% of net sales and 100% of tips. All transactions run through Billfold — the 20% is collected there, not at checkout.
Retain 100% of sales and tips, and use your own approved POS system.
The experiential side of the festival — food trucks, wellness activations, and interactive brand activations. Best suited to larger setups and experience-driven vendors.
The heart of the festival, where most vendors are placed — primarily matcha and beverage vendors, near the main seating and tables for high foot traffic.

Early pricing. The rates shown are early vendor pricing and will increase as spaces fill and the event approaches. A space is not confirmed until full payment is received.
Tents. Every vendor uses the provided 10 x 10 tent; none may exceed 10 x 10. Larger footprints and custom builds may be considered if approved before payment.
Food trucks & specialty structures. Contact our team before payment to register a food truck, trailer, mobile kitchen, or vehicle.
Permits & insurance. Vendors handle all required Georgia permits, licenses, inspections, and food-safety documentation. A valid COI is required no later than 14 days before the event.
Venue protection. Nothing may be staked, drilled, or inserted into the ground. Vendors are responsible for any damage caused by their setup or operations.
Payment. All vendor fees are final and nonrefundable. Payment confirms your space and indicates that you have read and agreed to the full Vendor Terms & Conditions below.
