Main Strip ( No FOOD TRUCKS)

The central vendor lane along Wall Street and the highest foot-traffic area of the event. Ideal for small businesses, wellness brands, accessories, desserts, drinks, handmade goods, and interactive setups.

Main Strip — With Tent
• 10×10 vendor space where you bring and set up your own tent.

Main Strip — Without Tent
• 10×10 vendor space located under the venue’s fixed awnings.
• No tent required or allowed due to overhead structure.
• Limited availability.

🔹 Backlot Courtyard

A wide, open vendor section that includes attendee seating and steady customer interaction. Ideal for food vendors, beverage vendors, dessert brands, and setups needing additional room.

Backlot Courtyard — With Tent
• 10×10 vendor space where you bring and set up your own tent.

Backlot Courtyard — Without Tent
• 10×10 vendor space for vendors with custom display setups, carts, or mobile builds.

IMPORTANT:
👉 All food trucks MUST select a Backlot Courtyard option due to venue access and layout.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS (Must Be Handled Before Event Date)

• No refunds on vendor spaces.

• A Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing MatchaFest® as additionally insured is required.

• All food vendors must have Florida DBPR or DOH permits depending on their operation type.

• No open flames are permitted under ANY tent setups.

• Food trucks must comply with all Florida and city fire code regulations.

• Load-in instructions, vendor parking, and setup information will be emailed prior to the event.

• Vendors may NOT promote participation until the official embargo lift is released by MatchaFest®.
