Vendor Placement Options
Matcha Market (Concourse) — $550
High-traffic corridor where all food and beverage vendors are located. Designed for volume, visibility, and consistent foot traffic.
Matcha Garden (Field) — $500
Open-air experience space featuring activations, lounge areas, and curated brands. Ideal for lifestyle, wellness, and interactive setups.
Matcha Garden (Creative Vendors) — $350
Limited placements for art, clothing, and creative brands.
Creative vendors must not sell food or beverages. Vendors selling food or drinks will be moved to concourse pricing.
Partner Placement Options (Revenue Share | Limited Availability)
Matcha Market Partner — $200 + 20% Vendor Fee
Matcha Garden Partner — $200 + 20% Vendor Fee
A limited number of partner placements are available for vendors seeking a lower upfront cost with a revenue share structure. Placement within the Matcha Market (Concourse) or Matcha Garden (Field) will be assigned based on brand fit, operational needs, and overall event flow.
Partner vendors are required to complete onboarding within 1–2 business days of securing their spot. This includes submission of menu details, operational information, and banking details for payout processing.
All partner vendors will operate using a MatchaFest-provided handheld POS system on the day of the event to ensure accurate revenue tracking.
Payouts will be processed within 5–10 business days following the event, after final reconciliation and verification by the MatchaFest team.

Vendor Requirements
• Food vendors must be placed on the concourse due to venue requirements and accessibility
• Vendors must bring their own tent (with weights), tables, and setup materials
• Nothing may be staked into the ground
• Power will be accessible, but vendors must bring extension cords
• Food vendors are responsible for all necessary permits and licensing
• Event-level permits will be handled by the MatchaFest team

Vendor spaces are limited and assigned on a first come, first served basis once payment is completed.
